Deine Aufgaben: Als ICT Solutions Engineer arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Customer Care und Professional Services Team zusammen. Troubleshooting, Problemanalysen, Ausarbeitung von Vorschlägen für Workarounds und Bugfixes, Best-Practices-Anleitungen und ähnliches für die Professional Service und Customer Care Organisation Unterstützung der Professional Service Teams in Vorbereitung, Konfiguration und Deployment von komplexerer Ascom Lösungen, Server-Installationen und Dienstleistungen Prüfungen von SW-Releases, Funktionstests von Bug- und Hotfixen, Produkt- und Systemprüfungen zur Qualitätssicherung Verfolgung von Produkt- und SW-Issues in Zusammenarbeit mit dem 3rd-Level Support und der globalen Entwicklung Erstellung von internen technischen Dokumentationen und Best-Practices-Anleitungen Anleitung und Schulung von Kollegen in den Lösungen von Ascom Bereitstellung von fachkundigem Input für die technische Entwicklung von Produkten, Lösungen und Dienstleistungen Unterstützende Mitwirkung im Presales wie z. B. bei Teststellungen, Probeaufbauten oder kundenspezifischen Lösungen und Anpassungen Dein Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung im Bereich Telematik, Elektrotechnik, Telekommunikation oder IT mit ausreichender Berufserfahrung Nachweisbare Erfahrungen mit komplexen Lösungen im Industrie- und Healthcare-Bereich (vorzugsweise ICT-Lösungen o.ä.)
