**Wat ga je doen? **Als Products & Solutions Expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en optimalisatie van digitale en ICT-oplossingen binnen ons bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel de businesspartners als de ICT-leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat onze oplossingen naadloos aansluiten op de bedrijfsbehoeften. Je verzamelt en structureert de vereisten, analyseert mogelijke oplossingen en leidt implementatieprojecten van begin tot eind. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het testen en documenteren van de oplossingen en biedt ondersteuning aan de eindgebruikers.

**Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Het analyseren en begrijpen van de ICT-behoeften binnen het bedrijf en het selecteren van de best passende oplossingen.
- Leiding geven aan implementatieprojecten, inclusief het bewaken van tijd, budget en scope.
- Het ontwikkelen, testen en documenteren van oplossingen en zorgen voor een naadloze integratie in de bedrijfsprocessen.
- Actief bijdragen aan het testen, trainen en ondersteunen van de eindgebruikers.
- Het volgen van markttrends en best practices op het gebied van ICT-oplossingen.

**Profiel**:

- Een bachelor in Digital of ICT-wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in functionele analyse, projectmanagement of productbeheer.
- Kennis van ERP (SAP), PowerBI, PowerApps of Tenforce is een plus.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je werkt grotendeels onsite.
