They are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their team and help drive growth in the energy sector.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives in the energy sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and key accounts in the smart grid, energy management, and BESS markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management (B2B) in the energy sector, understanding of smart grid solutions, SaaS for energy management systems, or BESS is a big plus
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • German and English fluent
