Deine Aufgaben Für Dich steht Service an erster Stelle: Du konfigurierst unsere Applikation und koordinierst komplexe Abläufe mit unseren Kunden, um die Sicherheit ihrer Webseiten zu garantieren Du bearbeitest täglich Kundenanfragen und gewährleistest eine hohe Erreichbarkeit und kurze Reaktionszeit Wenn wir Kunden gegen IT-Angriffe verteidigen, bist du die Schnittstelle zur Kommunikation Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Verwendung des Backends Du hilfst unseren Kunden, die Firewall zu konfigurieren. Du zeigst ihnen auch, wie man den Cache optimiert und das CDN-Cluster nutzt Mit unseren smarten Tools (z.B. Grafana) analysierst Du Webtraffic und Bots Dein Profil Du hast bereits erste Praxiserfahrung in der Applikationsbetreuung und im Umgang mit digitalen Zertifikaten sammeln können Du besitzt Kenntnisse in den Bereichen http/S, TLS und kennst die Funktionsweise von Webservern und Reverse Proxy Außerdem kennst Du Dich mit Netzwerktopologien aus und kannst mit Firewall-Systemen umgehen Idealerweise hast Du bereits Praxis in der Administration von Linux-Systemen und eine Affinität für Cybersecurity Du bist lernbereit und zeichnest Dich durch eine proaktive, innovative und engagierte Arbeitsweise aus Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind.
