Responsibilities
- Developand implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy thataligns with the company’s businessobjectives.
- Lead and mentor the global talentacquisition team, ensuring high performance and professionaldevelopment.
- Collaborate with senior leadershipto forecast future hiring needs and create proactive recruitmentstrategies.
- Oversee the recruitment budget,optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Managethe full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidateonboarding.
- Build and creatively enhance thecompany’s employer brand to attract high-qualitycandidates.
- Ensure a positive and professionalcandidate experience throughout the recruitment process, also atexecutive search level, maintaining clear communication and timelyfeedback.
- Build and maintain relationships withrecruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professionalorganizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends,labor market conditions, and best practices in talentacquisition.
- Develop and deliver regularreports on recruitment metrics to seniormanagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
- 5-10 years of experience in talentacquisition or recruitment, with at least 1-3 years in a leadershiprole.
- Proven track record of developing andexecuting successful recruitmentstrategies.
- Strong leadership and peoplemanagement skills.
- High energy, strong workethic, with excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.
- Proficient in using recruitmentsoftware and applicant tracking systems(ATS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability tointerpret recruitment metrics and make data-drivendecisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and manage multiplepriorities.
- Strategic thinker with a focus onresults.
- Ability to influence and buildrelationships at all levels of theorganization.
- Innovative and forward-thinkingin approach to talent acquisition.
- FluentEnglish is mandatory, further languages such as German are aplus.
