🚀 Account Executive (AE) – AI SaaS | Early-Stage Startup📍 Munich | Full-time | High-growth environmentWe’re working with a fast-growing AI SaaS startup that’s building a category-defining product for B2B customers. They’re now looking for a strong Account Executive to join the commercial team and help drive the next phase of growth.This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, working closely with founders, and selling a product that genuinely solves real customer problems.What you’ll be doing:Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closeWork with inbound and outbound opportunities across mid-market B2B customersBuild strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholdersCollaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and foundersFeed market and customer insights back into GTM and product strategyWhat we’re looking for:Experience in B2B SaaS sales (AE, Closing SDR, or similar)Comfortable running sales conversations end-to-endStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset — you like moving fast and figuring things outFluent German and EnglishWhy this role:Join at an early stage and have real influence on how sales is doneWork directly with founders and shape the commercial motionCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionMeaningful equity upside👉 If you’re excited about building something early, selling an ambitious AI product, and growing with the company, this is worth a conversation.
