Job Purpose/Overview
- Organisation von Termin- und Reiseplanung für das europäische Team
- Terminplanung für die Geschäftsführung (Teams-Meetings oder Präsenzveranstaltungen) sowie Terminverwaltung in Outlook
- Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Bearbeiten allgemeiner Assistenzaufgaben und Empfangstätigkeiten
- Organisation von Firmenfeiern, internen Veranstaltungen & Meetings
- Organisation von Mitarbeitergeschenken (Fasching, Ostern, Weihnachten)
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen mit Catering und Set-up der Besprechungsräume
- Erstellen der Reisekostenabrechnungen für die Geschäftsleitung
Education and Experience
- Mittlere Reife und vollendete kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Office Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Verbindliches, freundliches Auftreten sowie ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
