Work Location: All Europe
Responsibilities:
- Providing front-line applications support to customers on all aspects of the responsible products
- Troubleshooting, learning and implementing new methods of identifying customer problems, uncovering their needs and suggesting working solutions based on our products
- Coordinating and delivering trainings at customer sites, providing high quality technical expertise to customers
- Working with the regional commercial teams to provide support to customers
- Recording and documenting all relevant information from customers and prospective customers into the CRM
- Joint responsibility on business development, identify, progress and close new business opportunities, develop territory and business development plans, adjusting strategies and tactical execution to facilitate revenue growth in the assigned territory
- Establish and nurture business opportunities with new clients in the territory, engage and coordinate with all necessary internal stakeholders to progress business opportunities including client relations, project management, operations etc.
- Undertake and complete other tasks assigned by team leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, etc.
- Strong background in research or biotech, experiences with single-cell, spatial transcriptomics and sequencing filed are preferred
- Proven project management skills required, along with the ability to directly or indirectly influence or lead teams and prioritize heavy work load to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
- Require high levels of self-motivation and energy
- Excellent written and oral communications & presentation skills; working language is English, additional languages are beneficial
