Key Responsibilities- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and Distributors to identify customer needs and provide technical expertise that enhances our sales propositions.
- Develop and propose approaches that leverage our product capabilities to meet customer-specific needs.
- Train and educate customers on product technical aspects and application fit.
- Engage directly with customers during the sales process, offering technical guidance and support.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our platform into their workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of cell assays and applications.
- Extensive cell culture experience required, 3D cell culture experience preferred.
- Proven experience in technical sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Competitive base salary + commission + equity.
- Anticipated travel: up to 50%, based on needs.
