Gift Cards Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading startup in the crypto and gift card space, is on a mission to simplify cryptocurrency purchases and ensure safe usage for all through the retail industry. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gift Cards Business Development Manager/Sales professional to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the gift card industry and the ability to communicate fluently in English and at least one additional language (German, Italian, French, Spanish, or Polish). The candidate must be a go-getter, ready to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to its unique challenges.


Key Responsibilities:


·     Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through retail gift card distribution partners.

·     Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail gift card industry.

·     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

·     Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

·     Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements and Qualifications:


·     Extensive experience in gift card sales, voucher sales, or prepaid sales, with a strong network within the industry.

·     Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, Italian, French, Spanish, or Polish).

·     Strong sales and business development skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding results.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·     Willingness to travel as required.

·     High energy and motivation to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to its dynamic nature.
