Head of IT (m/w/d) - DACH


Ich arbeite derzeit mit einem langjährigen Kunden von mir zusammen, der einen neuen Head of IT sucht, der fließend Deutsch und Englisch spricht.

Der Head of IT ist für die IT-Strategie und deren Umsetzung im Unternehmen verantwortlich.

Diese Rolle umfasst die Leitung der IT-Abteilung, die Entwicklung von Richtlinien und die Einhaltung von Industriestandards.



Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der IT-Strategie in Einklang mit den Zielen des Unternehmens
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur, DevOps-Prozesse und Cloud-Lösungen.
  • Sicherstellen der Zuverlässigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit von Entwicklungs- und Produktionsumgebungen.
  • Leitung von IT-Projekten, einschließlich Software-Implementierungen, von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und Überprüfung.
  • Verwaltung von Projektbudgets und -zeitplänen.
  • Führung und Entwicklung des IT-Teams, insbesondere der Bereiche Softwareentwicklung und DevOps.
  • Rekrutierung, Schulung und Bindung von qualifizierten IT- und Softwareentwicklungsfachkräften.
  • Verwaltung der Beziehungen zu externen Anbietern und Dienstleistern.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung robuster Datenschutzrichtlinien und -verfahren.


Qualifikationen:

  • Mindestens 10 Jahre im IT-Management, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in einer Führungsposition im Softwarebereich.
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder einem verwandten Bereich; bevorzugt Master-Abschluss.
  • Relevante IT-Zertifizierungen (z.B. ITIL, CISSP, AWS) sind von Vorteil.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud-Technologien, Softwareentwicklung und Cybersicherheit.
  • Starke Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
