Als Head of IT wirst Du bei Vantis eine Schlüsselrolle spielen, indem Du die dafür notwendige IT-Infrastruktur gestaltest und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelst.
Responsibilities
Gestaltung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur an allen Standorten (Zentrale, Praxen, Klinik) mit Fokus auf moderne und effiziente Lösungen Verantwortung für die IT-Sicherheit und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Regulatory-Team zur Umsetzung von Compliance-Themen Aufbau eines effektiven Teams (intern und extern), das eine reibungslose Verwaltung der IT-Infrastruktur gewährleistet Unterstützung des Entwicklungsteams bei der Bereitstellung digitaler Produkte und Services
What you need to succeed
Du hast langjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau und Management komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen und bist vertraut mit der Administration gängiger Systeme und Tools (z.B. Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Netzwerkmanagement) Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich der Informationssicherheit (z.B. ISO 27001) und hast erfolgreich verschiedene IT-Sicherheitslösungen implementiert Du bist hochmotiviert, die Gesundheitsversorgung in Deutschland neu zu gestalten, und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Praxis- oder Klinik-Umfeld Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau
