Head of IT

TalenTailors is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to join our customer`s team. As the Head of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, supporting, and continuously improving the IT infrastructure across all locations (head office, practices, clinic) with a focus on adopting modern and efficient solutions.
- Taking responsibility for IT security and closely collaborating with our regulatory team to ensure compliance.
- Building and managing a highly effective team both internally and externally to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
- Providing support to the development team in delivering digital products and services.
Requirements
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in setting up and managing complex IT infrastructures and should be familiar with administering common systems and tools such as Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and network management.
- You should have a proactive attitude and be willing to actively contribute to the implementation and optimization of IT systems and solutions.
- You should have extensive knowledge in the field of information security, such as ISO 27001, and have successfully implemented different IT security solutions.
- You should be highly motivated to contribute to the transformation of healthcare in Germany, and it would be ideal if you already have experience working in a medical practice or hospital environment.
- You should be fluent in German at a C1 level and have a C1 level of proficiency in English.
