Quality Assurance Manager

To manage a customer-specific requirements and offer technical support. To ensure safe product launch within quality, cost, and delivery targets for their team and monitör and report the progress within the plant and escalate roadblocks to management.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a successful quality program based on contract requirements and company quality standards.
  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and solutions for quality issues.
  • Promote and enforce quality processes with the goal of performing work right the first time.
  • Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF16949).
  • Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
  • Attending Project kickoff meetings and ensuring customer requirements are well understood.
  • Tracking Project milestones and ensuring the quality level and escalating any roadblocks to Management.
  • Searching for new processes that will reduce weight and cost and increase quality and process.
  • Planning budgets and monitoring expenditures during the year.
  • Leading Project&Quality team to increase Teklas’ competitiveness.
  • Develop positive and trustworthy relationships with customers.


Requirements:


  • Mech Eng, Material Eng, etc
  • Fluent in German and English, Turkish represents advantage
  • Proven experience as Project Manager handling BMW as customer
  • Open to Travel (BG/TR)
  • Good knowledge of handling Budgets
  • FMEA, SPC/MSA/VDA 6.3 Auditor, IATF knowledge
  • Good Problem Solving skills
  • Work visa to work in Europe
