Als Technical Product Owner bist du Teil eines internationalen Teams an mehreren Standorten mit Schwerpunkt in der App, Webpage und Plattform-Entwicklung. Unsere Kunden sind Verkehrsunternehmen und Verkehrsverbünde und wir entwickeln für diese kundenindividuelle Apps, Webshops und Mobilitätslösungen im Projektkontext. Als Technical Product Owner bist du dafür verantwortlich innovative Produktlösungen zu konzipieren und zu entwickeln unter Einbezug aller relevanten Stakeholder und Unternehmensziele.


Folgende Aufgaben fallen in diesen Verantwortungsbereich

  • Du treibst die Entwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Produkte voran und findest die Balance zwischen Marktanforderungen, technischer Machbarkeit und finanziellen Auswirkungen
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Projektmanagement, Softwareentwicklung und QA und verantwortest, dass Kundenanforderungen in technische Lösungen überführt werden und umgekehrt
  • Als technischer Experte und Ansprechpartner für unsere Produkte triffst du fundierte Entscheidungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Produkte in Abstimmung mit unserem Produktmanagement
  • Du stellst die rechtzeitige Lieferung von qualitativ hochwertigen Softwarelösungen sicher, die den Anforderungen unserer Kunden entsprechen
  • Du erstellst und pflegst ein Produkt-Backlog mit detaillierten User Stories und Acceptance Criteria
  • Große Freiräume füllst du mit deinen eigenen Ideen und dem Willen Verantwortung für deine Entscheidungen zu übernehmen


Unsere Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als (Technical) Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle sowie Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und Softwarearchitektur; ein Schwerpunkt auf Apps, Webshops oder Plattformen ist wünschenswert
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden (z.B. Scrum) und Tools in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlichen Studiengängen
  • Ausgeprägte, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation und Teamführungsfähigkeiten
  • Problemlösungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit Hindernisse zu bewältigen
  • Interesse in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und die Anforderungen verschiedener Stakeholder zu managen
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Abgerundet wird dein Profil von deinen verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
