Wir suchen einen Technical Product Owner (w/m/\*), der/die asap in Berlin oder remote in ganz Deutschland starten kann.

Aufgaben

Der Technische Product Owner (w/m/\*) vertritt den Kunden innerhalb der Agentur und trägt die Produktvision zusammen mit dem Developer Team, das die technischen Aspekte der Produktentwicklung verwaltet. In Anforderungs-Workshops findet der Technische Product Owner (w/m/\*) heraus, wie der Wert des Projekts maximiert werden kann. Aufgrund der technischen Komplexität der Anwendungen, die wir für unsere Kunden entwickeln, haben unsere Product Owner ein tiefes Verständnis für die technischen Ansätze zur Entwicklung des Produkts. Das Wissen über Datenstrukturen und Softwarearchitektur hilft ihnen dabei sehr. Sie erstellen, priorisieren und verfeinern die Anforderungen des Projekts durch kontinuierliches Backlog Grooming und sind für das Product Backlog verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Stakeholdern des Kunden, dem Projektteam und dem Tech Team zusammen, um die Anforderungen genau zu formulieren und für die Entwicklung vorzubereiten.

Im Projekt werden sie zu einem temporären Branchenexperten. Sie kennen den Kunden, sein Geschäftsmodell und seine Welt gleichermaßen gut und sind in der Lage, die wichtigsten Ziele und Werte des Projekts mit Hilfe von Analyse
- und Kommunikationsmethoden zu identifizieren. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Kunden zusammen und zeigen im Gegenzug Reisebereitschaft und Dynamik. Und sie wissen immer, wo ihr Projekt in Bezug auf Zeit und Budget steht.

Qualifikation
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder ähnlichen Positionen
- Fokus auf hochtechnische und komplexe Produkte
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
- Background in Programmierung, Data Science, Business Intelligence oder Ähnlichem
- Aufbau von skalierbaren digitalen Plattformen und/oder Unternehmensanwendungen ist ein Plus
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
