Position: SaaS Solutions Product Owner (f/m/d)
Role Overview
We seek a Product Owner with a robust technical foundation and expertise in container technologies to drive the evolution of our virtual appliances and emerging SaaS offerings.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch, while leading the development team.
- Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams; gather insights from stakeholders and market trends to outline project specifications.
- Translate broad features into detailed user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.
- Create mockups utilizing existing UI design frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure our products are not only functional and user-friendly but also visually appealing.
- Maintain an organized backlog to keep the development team focused and on schedule.
- Oversee software release planning and ensure all relevant details are communicated to marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager within an agile environment.
- Experience in guiding the development and upkeep of a cloud platform as the primary Product Owner, or significant involvement in related tasks (e.g., drafting epics, user stories, mockups, workflows, etc.) is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to create mock-ups using Adobe XD or Figma, with proficiency in writing epics and user stories.
- Experience in developing Cloud/SaaS platforms and associated services.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies.
- Familiarity with Linux Debian and knowledge of Java.
- Knowledge of microservices, container technologies, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with clustering, load balancing, multi-tenancy, storage services, and high availability.
- Proficient English skills for collaboration with international teams.
