Reonic is on a mission to simplify renewable technology sales and management with our software solutions, covering solar, storage, charging, and heat pumps. With >300 B2B customers and strong investor backing, we’re looking for Customer Success Managers excited to contribute to a fast-growing company in the dynamic renewable energies industry.


Tasks

  • You are the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers, utilities, and car dealerships
  • Leveraging customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
  • Continuously improving customer experience and streamlining processes
  • Identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments
  • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation


Requirements

  • Motivated to drive change in renewables
  • Learn quickly and aim for high achievements
  • Flexibility, hardworking, and bring your A game
  • Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
  • Well-versed in SaaS and possess a technical understanding of software and/or renewable energies
  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus)
