MICE Sales Manager
About Us:
Precise Hotesl and Resorts is a hospitality group operates a portfolio of 18 hotels across 4 countries in Europe, mainly focus in resorts and luxery hotels.
Targets:
- Processing of event inquiries
- Handling of contracts and agreements within MICE & corporate sector
- Increase of the conversion rate
- Increase of customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing contract proposals for groups (10 rooms and above) to contract closure (prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the specific requirements of each MICE event)
- Responsible for negotiating various group and event requests to secure profitable business
- Responsible for achieving optimal occupancy of event space and rooms for the MICE segment - working closely with relevant departments
- Responsible for achieving the set of individual and team targets in the area of commercial success of the hotel
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional services and amenities
- Responsible for account and business relationship management of existing & new customers in the MICE segment
- Responsible for planning, preparation and implementation of sales promotion activities
- Responsible for being informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to the MICE segment. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation)
- Contributing creative and innovative ideas
- Monitoring success and risks
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera cloud system desirable
