Senior Specialist Procurement

**Job Description**:
Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Sourcing of Direct and Indirect Materials
- Supplier Relationship Management (Selection, Evaluation, Price and Contract negotiations)
- Cash flow Management
- Procurement related Change control initiation and follow up
- Claim Management
- Processing of Procurement related deviations / complaints
- Sourcing of Capex projects
- Cooperation with Global Procurement and our team in Germany
- SAP Master Data maintenance (e.g. Material Master, Prices)
- Data maintenance and support of sharepoint data
- Provide Procurement data/experience for local departments and/or other Global Functions
- Market observation and development of new suppliers

**Your competencies**
- Several year of experience in Procurement - your educational background is secondary
- Exceptional communication skills within an international and intercultural working environment combined with networking skills
- SAP Key User experience
- Competence for planning and organization
- Project experience (Six Sigma belts) beneficial
- Progressed experience with SAP, Ariba and MS-Office
- Results orientation and decision-making ability
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent German and English language skills

Our Sourcing team partner with the business to ensure efficient acquisition of goods and services that enables the commercialization of our medicines, vaccines and Animal Health products. We collaborate internationally and are grouped into center-led categories and regional operating teams.
