JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) is one of the world’s largest solar module manufacturers. We distribute our solar products and sell our solutions and services to a diversified international utility, commercial and residential customer base all over the world. We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Sales Operations Intern /Student to contribute to our growth in the EU.
What our Sales Operations does:
Operations supports Sales in contracting and getting contract executed. We drive communication and ensure sufficient and on time supply for sales demand. We drive the daily communication and coordination with finance, logistics and customers to ensure on time payment and delivery.
In this role you will
- provide overall support to our operation team to fulfill contract creation, execution and recognition,
- Communication and coordination for different operation requirements
- Order fulfilment document preparation
- Reporting and data management
- Sales planning related task support
- internal documentation maintenance and update
- system booking and maintenance in CRM and ERP systems
- internal project support
Your profile
- enrolled or graduated in business or engineering
- fluent english, Chinese or French a big plus
- teamplayer and self starter
- basic knowledge of supply chain or commercial terms is a plus
