Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Beteiligungsgesellschaften bei der Durchführung von neuen Projekten und bei der Gründung neuer Gesellschaften in Abstimmung mit Zentralfunktionen

  • Business Development und Initiierung von Projekten im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien und bei Zukunftsthemen

  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung des operativen Controllings in einzelnen Beteiligungsgesellschaften in enger Abstimmung mit den Zentralfunktionen

    • Planungen/Hochrechnungen

    • Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen im Rahmen der Projektentwicklung

    • Vorbereitung der Gremiensitzungen

    • Erstellung von operativen Steuerungskonzepte/-kennzahlen inkl. Beratung der Geschäftsführung

  • Perspektivisch Übernahme von Prokura und GF-Positionen in Beteiligungsgesellschaften sowie Wahrnehmung der Gesellschafterfunktion

  • Kaufmännische Projektbegleitung von der Initiierung bis zur Realisierung (Kalkulationen/Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen)

  • Umsetzung der Prozesse/Richtlinien des Beteiligungscontrollings in den Beteiligungen und Sicherstellung des entsprechenden Reportings in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Bereich und der Holding

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und den entsprechenden Bereichen sowie Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zwischen den Beteiligungen und den Betriebsbereichen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder andere Qualifikation und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

  • SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

  • Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
