Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our client's team at their Dillenburg location in the heart of the Mittelhessen technology region. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle of Bauelemente products, from market research and product development to launch and post-launch evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure product alignment with business objectives
• Conduct market analysis and trend identification to inform product development and launch strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
• Lead product development projects, including concept development, prototyping, and testing
• Manage product life cycles, including product launches, post-launch evaluation, and product discontinuation
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and technical guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive or industrial drive systems sector, preferably in product management or a related role
• Strong knowledge of battery technologies, battery management systems, and power electronics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Fluency in German and English
