About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our client's team in Dillenburg, Germany. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and revenue
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely and successful product launches
• Manage product budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company resources
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the automotive or industrial sectors
• Proven track record of success in product development and launch
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Fluency in German and English
