We are dedicated to providing our clients with cutting-edge solutions that meet their refrigeration needs in various industries, including food service, retail, and hospitality.


We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in a well established commercial refrigeration equipment division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the commercial refrigeration market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and support.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in commercial refrigeration or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to execute effective sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in German and English is preferable.
