Deine Aufgaben

Als Project Manager (m/w/d) bist du mitverantwortlich für die Umsetzung von spannenden Kommunikationsprojekten unterschiedlicher Größen mit Fokus auf den digitalen Bereich und stehst dabei im direkten Austausch mit namenhaften Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen. Wir suchen daher ein echtes Organisationstalent als Verstärkung für unser interdisziplinäres Team. Dein typischer Tag:

  • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich komplexe Webprojekte. Dabei hast du von der initialen Anforderungserfassung, über das Angebot, die Umsetzung bis hin zur Kontrolle stets den Überblick.
  • Du bist zuständig für Kundensupport und laufende Qualitätssicherung und übernimmst je nach Bedarf verschiedene Rollen für die jeweiligen Projekte: z. B. Projektleitung, Konzeption, Kreation/Design, Marketing, Imageberatung, Controlling, etc.
  • Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Tools wie Content Management Systemen, z. B. WordPress und TYPO3 sowie diversen digitalen Analysetools und Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen
Dein Profil

Du hast ein Gespür für gute Kommunikation und eine echte hands-on Mentalität. Du interessierst dich für neue Kommunikationstrends und die digitale Welt. Darüber hinaus hast du ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Ausbildung oder aber zumindest vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT, Online Medien, Mediengestaltung, (Content) Marketing u. ä. – Was wir uns noch von dir wünschen:

  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, bist kreativ und arbeitest stets lösungsorientiert
  • Du bist technisch affin und hast keine Angst vor Fremdsprachen wie beispielsweise JavaScript oder TypoScript
  • Aufgrund deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise setzt du die richtigen Prioritäten und verlierst auch in hektischen Situationen nicht den Überblick
  • Du bist emphatisch und serviceorientiert – bei uns ist jeder Kunde die Nummer eins

  • Du bist sozial kompetent, gewissenhaft, weltoffen und flexibel
  • Du bist neugierig Neues zu erlernen, verliebst und verlierst dich allerdings nicht zu sehr im Detail
  • Du verfolgst Trends aus Tech/Design/UX und mehr
  • Du schätzt eine offene Feedbackkultur und willst an konstruktiver Kritik wachsen
