Sales Manager - Residential BESS - Freiburg, Hybrid


Overview:

JD Ross Energy have partnered with an exciting start up company, who have built a team with a wealth of experience in the EU BESS markets. They specialise in Residential BESS and have released an exciting, top of the range BESS products for the Residential and small Commercial markets. They are looking for a Sales Manager to help booster their already successful start in the German market.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent company across the DACH region with partners, exhibitions, trade shows and other marketing events
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers
  • Closely cooperate with existing distributors to grow the relationship
  • Develop new distribution channels to extend customer base
  • Help develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Germany
  • Supporting our Business Developer in improving our current product portfolio.
  • Support growth of new customers in the Residential, and Commercial market
  • Work closely with customer feedback & product requests


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales/ account managing experience.
  • 3+ PV or BESS Experience.
  • Network of Installers/ Distributors in Germany
  • Knowledge of the German BESS market
  • Electrical/ Energy Engineering background is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel an average of 40% per month
  • Hunter Mentality.
  • Fluent in German
  • Ability to work independently
  • Hunter mentality
