Vielfältige Aufgaben
As our new Team Lead Cable Wind Offshore (f/m/d) you will lead the international Cable team with around twelve employees within the Offshore Engineering department, providing disciplinary and professional leadership to the team members, possibly in different jurisdictions. In detail, you will
- Drive the development of the team based on departmental goals and take responsibility for the technical development of the team
- Develop and implement plans to increase your team‘s capabilities and to standardize and harmonize processes and approaches across the project portfolio
- Create and continuously develop resource plans for your team, considering current and future offshore projects. You shall support your employees in their project work and provide active troubleshooting whenever necessary
- Develop your employees according to the individual capabilities and career plans as well as business and project needs
- Constantly exchange both with other team leads and the management of the organizational unit
Überzeugendes Profil
- You have successfully completed an academic degree in electrical engineering, energy or systems engineering or in a comparable field of study. Alternatively, you possess a comparable qualification acquired through several years of relevant professional experience
- In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility as well as in-depth knowledge in the field of offshore wind farm cabling
- Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience, perhaps even deepened by training or further education
- You are characterized by good communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness in German and English as well as your friendly and confident manner
- You like to work both on your own responsibility as well as in a team, you are used to a high pace of work and still always keep an overview
Über den Bereich
EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG is a fully integrated energy supplier. We develop and operate various power generation technologies and engage in power trading in our sustainable power generation system.
Offshore wind is a business segment in our power generation division with the aim of expanding our business and creating value for EnBW. As a central business area, we develop and build offshore wind projects in Europe and manage all issues related to this business.
Within the Offshore Wind organizational unit, the T-PE department bundles the engineering and technology know-how of EnBW AG. It is the central point of contact and consultant for technical issues and makes a significant contribution to the successful acquisition, development and implementation of offshore wind projects in Europe.
Within the Electrical System department of Offshore Engineering, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead (f/m/d) for the Subsea Cable Team, which focuses on export cables and inner-park cabling.
The position reports to the Head of Electrical Systems Offshore.
