Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with retail clients within an IT consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the IT Outsourcing industry, its various service directions, sales cycles for different industries and company sizes, and modern software engineering technologies and frameworks.
  • Savvy with latest B2B sales processes and buyer engagement techniques leveraging digital and social tools that build pipeline.
  • Experience selling into mid-market and large enterprise customers in Europe, able to identify, navigate and build relationships among buying committees that gain sponsorship to win and book revenue.
  • Strong presentation skills to be able to speak comfortably and effectively in front of large audiences at virtual or onsite events.
  • Ideally, experienced in delivering client-focused solutions in accordance with customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with global service delivery
  • Understanding of modern technology, services and business trends

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all strategic discussions with the customer with the aim to profitably grow the customer account via upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, trustful, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Work in close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Share the responsibility for execution and customer satisfaction across the portfolio
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targets
  • Drive account profitable and sustainable growth
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to convert new leads and opportunities into customers and revenue streams as part of a pre-sales process
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
