If so, Luminex Home Decor & Fragrance invites you to embark on an exciting journey as a Global Digital Marketing Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for our Global PartyLite division and Candle-lite, our US based retail and eCommerce business.


OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns for PartyLite including but not limited to paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Work with and manage two email specialists to optimize the performance of PartyLite’s global email efforts
  • Collaborate in the development of break through creative for all marketing touchpoints, including emails, landing pages, social media, digital assets, brand marketing and advertising
  • Direct compelling and informative content that optimizes conversion and drives growth across key business pillars
  • Identify core target audiences based on consumer analytics and tailor content to meet their preferences and needs
  • Measure KOIs and content insights to assess performance and recommend optimization for marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Listrak
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Oversee work of freelancers and agencies as directed
  • Assist Global Director of Digital Marketing in the Marketing and Brand strategy and planning
  • Create, manage and execute the weekly content calendar in support of the annual Marketing Plans
  • Collaborate with product development and sales to align content with promotional campaigns
  • Partner with eCommerce, International, Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and other internal teams to grow our business


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong collaborator, with an outgoing, positive personality and demeanor
  • Highly creative and forward-thinking
  • Understands both the art and strategy of good communications
  • Strong time-management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects, while under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment
  • Ability to use research and insights to generate effective campaign and content ideas
  • Familiarity with analytics software (such as Google Analytics and Net Insight)
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM tactics
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years CPG experience
  • Digital, Social Media and Marketing experience required
  • Strong project and budget management
  • Collaborative style, with a positive, outgoing personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
