We are now building a data-driven backbone for our operations and marketing funnels and we’re looking for a sharp, analytical working student to join us.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Working Student in Data Analytics who enjoys turning raw data into clear insights. You will work directly with the Rev-ops and Lead Gen, support business-critical decisions, and shape the way we measure our pricing, lead funnel, and operational performance.This role is perfect for someone who is studying Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field and wants real-world, hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup environment.Your Responsibilities1. Marketing & Lead Funnel AnalyticsYou will own end-to-end funnel analytics:Leads → Screenings → Viewings → Contracts → CancellationsTrack how many leads show up for viewings and we can optimise the no-show KPIAnalysis of viewing slots to find out most optimal slots for viewingsIdentify drop-off patterns and reasons (e.g., price, timing, documentation, apartment mismatch)Analyze tenant cancellation/back-out reasons and create structured reportingDevelop dashboards for Lead-Gen / Revenue performance and conversion insightsBuild pricing comparison models (location-based, demand-based, competitor analysis)Identify pricing trends and propose optimizations2. Operational Excellence ReportingCreate weekly and monthly performance reports for managementSupport data-driven decision-making across operationsBuild visualization dashboards for KPIs (occupancy, revenue, funnel conversions, etc.)Maintain data quality and consistency across internal toolsWhat You BringRequiredCurrently enrolled as a university student (Bachelor/Master)Has at least 1 year of work experience prior to enrolling into the universityAdvanced level with SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced level with Excel/Google SheetsBasic-intermediate experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred)Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar - at least 1 tool)Ability to clean, structure, and interpret datasetsVery good command of English (spoken & written) - German is a plus.
