**What you'll build**

As a Working Student in Digital Analytics, you’ll help our Marketing team measure and improve performance across digital channels. You’ll work with data from HubSpot, Excel, and Looker Studio to support decision-making, campaign reporting, and marketing efficiency. This role gives you hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and the opportunity to learn how data drives growth in a global B2B environment.
- Support the creation of marketing performance reports and dashboards
- Gather and organise data from HubSpot and CRM systems
- Build and update reports in Looker Studio and Excel
- Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversion, and reach
- Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Assist in identifying insights that improve marketing strategies and execution

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Computer skills: Basic proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, and Looker Studio
- Language skills: Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus
- Soft skills: Analytical mindset, curiosity for data, organised, and eager to learn
- Other experience: Understanding of digital marketing metrics is beneficial
- Working from the office is not required
