We are now building a data-driven backbone for our operations and marketing funnels and we’re looking for a sharp, analytical working student to join us. Role Overview We are looking for a Working Student in Data Analytics who enjoys turning raw data into clear insights. You will work directly with the Rev-ops and Lead Gen, support business-critical decisions, and shape the way we measure our pricing, lead funnel, and operational performance. This role is perfect for someone who is studying Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field and wants real-world, hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup environment. Your Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Lead Funnel Analytics You will own end-to-end funnel analytics: Leads → Screenings → Viewings → Contracts → Cancellations Track how many leads show up for viewings and we can optimise the no-show KPI Analysis of viewing slots to find out most optimal slots for viewings Identify drop-off patterns and reasons (e.g., price, timing, documentation, apartment mismatch) Analyze tenant cancellation/back-out reasons and create structured reporting Develop dashboards for Lead-Gen / Revenue performance and conversion insights Build pricing comparison models (location-based, demand-based, competitor analysis) Identify pricing trends and propose optimizations 2. Operational Excellence Reporting Create weekly and monthly performance reports for management Support data-driven decision-making across operations Build visualization dashboards for KPIs (occupancy, revenue, funnel conversions, etc.) Maintain data quality and consistency across internal tools What You Bring Required Currently enrolled as a university student (Bachelor/Master) Has at least 1 year of work experience prior to enrolling into the university Advanced level with SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced level with Excel/Google Sheets Basic-intermediate experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred) Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar - at least 1 tool) Ability to clean, structure, and interpret datasets Very good command of English (spoken & written) - German is a plus. Nice to Have Understanding of n8n, Zapier, or other similar workflow Automation tools Knowledge of marketing analytics or funnel tracking Experience in PropTech, real estate, or startup environments Basic understanding of statistics and forecasting What We Offer High-impact role: your insights influence pricing, operations, and strategy Real ownership of analytics projects and dashboards A growing company where your work matters and is visible Work directly with the core team
