An average of more than 50 million ads are available in numerous categories - from children's supplies to electronics to real estate. With more than 36 million users per month, Kleinanzeigen has the widest reach of all online selling platforms in the country. Most of the items traded on Kleinanzeigen are second-hand. In this way, users make an active contribution to sustainability. The Kleinanzeigen market allows companies the opportunity to easily offer their services online. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a leading global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.

What you’ll do & Who you are
As a Working Student, Analytics (d/f/m), you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day analytics operations - helping to ensure reliable reporting, accurate tracking, well-maintained documentation, and insightful ad-hoc analyses that empower teams across Kleinanzeigen to make smarter decisions.
This is a part-time role (20h/week) for students who are enrolled at a German university and are available for at least one year. The role is hybrid, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
What You’ll Do:
- Operational Reporting: Assist in creating, updating, and monitoring recurring reports and dashboards to support business teams.- Tracking Validation: Help verify the accuracy of event tracking and data pipelines, working closely with analysts and developers.- Knowledge & Documentation: Help build and maintain our central repository for analytics resources, including documentation for datasets, ETL processes, and metric definitions. Organize and standardize existing knowledge to ensure easy access.- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Run SQL queries and assist with data deep-dives to answer business questions and support decision-making.- Data Literacy Support: Assist in developing and organizing training materials and resources to improve data understanding across the organization.- Support Analytics Operations: Help improve internal processes for better efficiency and data consistency.
Who You Are:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science).- Strong interest in data, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.- Basic SQL knowledge; able to write simple queries and eager to learn more.- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; bonus if you’ve worked with dashboards or BI tools.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation.- Proactive, hands-on, self-motivated, and eager to learn.- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required).
