Als Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem bist du verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produkte und Services. Für die Viessmann Kühlsysteme GmbH in Hof suchen wir DichAb sofort, Customer Success Manager QM (m/w/d) für den Standort Hof/Saale Was Du bewirkst:
- Überwachung und Verbesserung der Organisation gemäß der ISO-Norm 9001
- Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits und Zertifizierungen
- Aufrechterhaltung und Erstellung von Standards und Richtlinien
- Du fungierst als Kommunikationsdrehscheibe zwischen Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und internen Abteilungen
- Betreuung des Reklamationsmanagements
Du überzeugst durch deine analytischen Fähigkeiten und das richtige Maß an Fingerspitzengefühl. Die proaktive, unternehmerische und dienstleistungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit an Schnittstellen geht dir spielendleicht von der Hand. Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, dein technisches Verständnis gekonnt und passgenau in der Praxis einzusetzen. Außerdem bringst du mit:
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Qualitätsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Weiterbildungen im Qualitätsmanagement
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Aufgabe im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld oder produzierendem Gewerbe
- Detaillierte Kenntnisse zur DIN EN ISO 9001, den Auditor nach VDA 6.3 und Kenntnisse zu Qualitätsmanagementmethoden (wie SPC, FMEA, 5-Why, 8D, Ishikawa, SPP, APQP, PPAP) sowie Fähigkeiten mit modernen IT-Programmen und digitalen Werkzeugen zu arbeiten
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten bei der Arbeitsbelastung zu setzen und mit engen Fristen zu arbeiten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift im internationalen Kontext von VorteilEin Selbstbewusstes und Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten, eine hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Kostenbewusstsein
