Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Quotation:

  • Gather and analyze customer information to understand their needs.

  • Generate and present accurate price quotations to clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Work closely with overseas sales and marketing teams to research client needs and manage customer profiles.
  • Build and maintain robust commercial relationships with clients.
  • Assist in the creation, negotiation, and implementation of contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.

3. Business Data Management:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on various business metrics.

  • Oversee sales order-related processes, including auditing and confirming orders.
  • Implement and refine business processes for greater efficiency.

5. Delivery Management:

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial services, customer relationship management, or a similar role.

  • Proficient in data management and reporting.
