The Role:

This new role arises from a strategic restructuring aimed at unifying the European market. It is envisioned as a potential succession path to the VP Europe.

As the Sales Director for EMEA, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building robust customer relationships across Europe. Your leadership will be crucial in meeting sales targets, nurturing a high-performance sales team, and contributing to the organisation’s overall success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic European accounts
  • Identify, target and grow new accounts
  • Work with smaller regional players


Required Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of sales leadership in the apparel industry within the European market
  • Proven experience with wholesale accounts in Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy
  • Strong track record in managing major accounts and senior relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a business and manage P&L
  • Leadership experience in managing large, geographically dispersed teams
  • Expertise in strategic account management to maximize sales across categories and markets
