Wir suchen derzeit ab sofort einen Customer Service / Supply Chain Specialist (m/w/d) bei einem renommierten Unternehmen der Pharmaindustrie mit dem Sitz in Frankfurt am Main für ein spannendes Projekt im Bereich der Logistik.

Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung: Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen in verschiedenen SAP-Systemen (CEP, P08, PLE) für alle Export-Warenströme der Distributionsplattform Frankfurt (DPFRA).
  • Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen mit verschiedenen Supply-Planning-Tools (M2, Kinaxis, ADS).
  • Planung und Management des Transports: Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen innerhalb der DPFRA (Operational Distribution, Quality) sowie externen Stakeholdern (Kunden, Planning Hubs, Plant Quality, Demand Managements, Transporteuren, Zoll).
  • Generierung von Transport- und Exportdokumentationen.
  • Koordination mit den produzierenden Standorten (Plants) bezüglich der Warenbereitstellung.
  • Kontinuierliche und eigenverantwortliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und als Hauptansprechpartner für Anfragen bezüglich des betreuten Länderportfolios.
  • Überwachung von IDOCs sowie Management der Datenflüsse zwischen den verschiedenen SAP-Systemen.
  • Erstellung von KPI-Reportings und Analysen: Management Time, Reichweitenanalysen, Transportträgerauslastung, Frachtraumberechnung, Transportkostenprognosen.
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren sowie Erstellung von Gut- und Lastschriften.
  • Pflege von Stammdaten im Material- und Kundenstamm.


Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain/Logistik und/oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann-/frau) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Positive Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung durch das Luftfahrtbundesamt (ZÜP)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
