We are looking for a highly talented full-time VP Communications (M/F/d) to shape and strengthen our Visionaries Club brand as well as supporting our portfolio companies and founding teams on their branding and communication strategies. You’ll be working alongside a young and very entrepreneurial team at the intersection of leading international VCs, some of the world’s most successful founders, family business entrepreneurs, and athletes to nurture the next generation of Europe’s startups.

In this role, you’ll drive and lead Visionaries Club’s communication strategy. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a constantly challenging and changing environment. We value someone who is a self-starter, incredibly organized, flexible, who can maintain great relationships, and is an overall strong communicator with a good sense of humor and last but not least: is as motivated as we are in taking Visionaries Club to the next level.

**Your job responsibilities**
- You will oversee and further develop, strengthen, and amplify our Visionaries brand, as well as support our portfolio companies and founding teams on their branding and communication strategies.
- Be at the forefront of global tech development and get a detailed, unbiased look behind the scenes of Europe’s most successful digital entrepreneurs and family business owners who drive our ecosystem. Work hand in hand with some of the leading global entrepreneurs and amplify their authentic learnings during crucible moments of their entrepreneurial journeys.
- Develop and execute innovative Public Relations and Communications strategies to effectively build the brand and reach of Visionaries Club and its portfolio companies and drive brand engagement across our global startup ecosystem.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders in the European startup ecosystem to drive positive coverage and reputation.
- Foster online and offline exposure through creative initiatives and work closely with our investment team on the storytelling of crucible founder moments in our portfolio and investor base.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to refine their messaging.
- Drive our community engagement as well as events such as Visionaries Unplugged.
- Grow further and live out your entrepreneurial spirit through your own initiatives. You will be reporting to one of our Founding Partners and enjoy a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom.

**Job Requirements**
- We are looking for someone with a passion for communications and media relations and a curiosity for innovation, tech, and venture capital.
- A background in journalism or relevant experience in PR, communications, and marketing enables you to independently own projects end-to-end.
- A proven track record of developing and executing effective PR and communication strategies from start to finish.
- Experience in creating impactful brand campaigns and high-quality content for a variety of communication channels.
- Experience in creative online and offline initiatives.
- Experience in steering external parties such as content and design agencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Independent problem-solving with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in an ambitious, rapidly changing environment; self-motivated.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Optional: Experience in managing major social media channels.
