- und Benefit Optionen, Diversity und Employer Branding.

Zurzeit suchen wir für unseren Kunden, eine führende Boutique-Finanzberatungsfirma, in Berlin eine/n M&A Vice President (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben
- Übernahme der Leitung in komplexen M&A-Transaktionen von der Identifizierung von Zielunternehmen bis zum Abschluss der Transaktionen.
- Durchführung gründlicher finanzieller Analysen, Unternehmensbewertungen und Risikobewertungen, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und Kundenberatung zu ermöglichen.
- Mentorship und Anleitung eines Teams von M&A-Experten, um die Exzellenz und Effizienz der Transaktionsabwicklung sicherzustellen.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden sowie Akquisition neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
- Verfolgung von Branchentrends, Identifizierung von Marktchancen und proaktive Beratung von Kunden in Bezug auf M&A-Strategien.

Qualifikation
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder ähnliche Qualifikationen.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von M&A-Transaktionen.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in Finanzanalyse und Unternehmensbewertung.
- Eine nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Kundenakquise und Kundenbindung.
- Ausgezeichnete Führungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu führen.
- Ein starkes Netzwerk
