Als Application Administrator bei Materna wirst du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das für die reibungslose Funktion unserer Anwendungsserver verantwortlich ist. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Installation und Wartung von komplexen Anwendungsservern sowie das Patchmanagement, um die Verfügbarkeit unserer Services sicherzustellen. Darüber hinaus spielst du eine wichtige Rolle im Incident Management und überwachst unsere Managed Services mit modernsten Tools wie Icinga und Grafana. 

Werde Teil des #TeamMaterna als Application Administrator (m/w/d) und arbeite an spannenden Herausforderungen mit uns 

Als Application Administrator
  • installierst du komplette Anwendungsserver, angefangen vom Web-Server mit Loadbalancer und Proxy-Server, gefolgt vom Anwendungsserver wie Wildfly oder Tomcat.
  • stellst du die Verfügbarkeit der Anwendungsserver sicher und bist für das Patchmanagement verantwortlich.
  • verantwortest du darüber hinaus im Team das Incident Management und überwachst unsere Managed Services mit unseren Monitoring / Reporting Tools auf Basis von Icinga und Grafana.
  • erstellst und pflegst du zu guter Letzt Betriebsdokumentationen zu den jeweiligen Applikationen.
Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Linux-System
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Web- und Applikationsserver (z. B. Apache httpd, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, JVM Konfiguration, kundeneigene Applikationen)
  • Gute Netzwerk Kenntnisse und Lernbereitschaft um sich in Containerisierungs-Technologien (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes) einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
