Your Role
Are you ready to take charge of IT infrastructure management? Lexzau, Scharbau GmbH is seeking a proficient Senior IT Administrator to enhance our forward-thinking team. If you have a passion for innovative technology and excel in a fast-paced setting, this position is tailored for you.
- Design, document, implement, and sustain process automation utilizing PowerShell, Power Automate, and RPA technologies.
- Oversee advanced functionalities of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; escalate support issues to Microsoft as necessary.
- Configure, deploy, and manage Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Defender Endpoint Security solutions.
- Administer infrastructure within Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal operations, suggesting enhancements, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage SaaS applications such as our ticketing system OTRS; supervise on-premises and cloud network infrastructure, ensuring consistent policies are enforced (Security, Routing, NATing, IP subnetting, and L2).
- Administer the Citrix DaaS console, monitoring the infrastructure for virtual applications and desktops.
- Implement requirements from the Cybersecurity team, adjusting configurations based on their findings.
- Oversee domain management, public DNS, and certificate administration.
- Successful completion of IT training, IT degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, Identity and Access Management, Microsoft 365 / Azure, PowerShell, Power Automate, Intune, and Defender.
- Experience with networking concepts, Citrix solutions, and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously, pursue knowledge expansion, contribute to team efforts, possess a sense of responsibility, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
