Your Responsibilities

Are you ready to take charge of IT infrastructure management? Lexzau, Scharbau GmbH is seeking a proficient Senior IT Administrator to become a vital part of our forward-thinking team. If you have a passion for advanced technology and excel in a fast-paced environment, this position is tailored for you.

  • Develop, document, implement, and maintain process automation utilizing PowerShell, Power Automate, and RPA.
  • Oversee advanced functionalities of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; escalate support issues to Microsoft as necessary.
  • Configuration, deployment, and administration of Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Defender Endpoint Security.
  • Manage infrastructure within Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal operations, recommending enhancements, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Administer SaaS applications, such as our ticketing system OTRS; manage both on-premises and cloud network infrastructure, ensuring consistent policies (Security, Routing, NATing, IP subnetting, and L2).
  • Oversee the Citrix DaaS console, monitoring the infrastructure for virtual applications and desktops.
  • Implement requirements from the Cybersecurity team, adjusting settings based on identified issues.
  • Manage domains, public DNS, and digital certificates.
Your Profile
  • Completion of IT training, IT degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, Identity and Access Management, Microsoft 365 / Azure, PowerShell, Power Automate, Intune, and Defender.
  • Experience with networking concepts, Citrix solutions, and virtualization technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, a desire to expand knowledge, contribute to team success, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
