Our customer is an international services provider, with EU office in Dusseldorf and global HQ in Japan.


Job description


The position indicates the following tasks, but not limited to:


  • Managing appointments and the agenda on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Settling travel expenses within the internal system
  • In charge of summary notes of German letters and documents
  • Assisting the Managing Director with daily life in Germany, providing information and translation
  • Processing invoices in SAP system
  • Arranging regular management meetings
  • Acting as point of contact for communication with external business partners or organizations


Job requirements


In order to qualify for this versatile and challenging position, required are at least the following criteria:


  • Fluent in Japanese, German and English
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experienced in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-task and time management as well as intercultural competence
  • VISA support available
  • Ability to work both individually and within a team, service-minded
