Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dental Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As the Dental Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the EMEA market.
- Identify growth opportunities, set ambitious targets, and track performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 2 sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the dental market.
- Explore partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures to expand our footprint.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of managing a sales team and distributors and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and manage distributor agreements.
- Strong customer orientation and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the dental industry, including products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in identifying new market opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
