About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and promote products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
