Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dental Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As the Dental Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the EMEA market, leveraging your expertise in sales principles and techniques.
- Identify growth opportunities, set ambitious targets, and track performance metrics to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 2 sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the dental market, exploring partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures to expand our footprint.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of managing a sales team and distributors, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to close deals and manage distributor agreements.
- Strong customer orientation and analytical skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- In-depth knowledge of the dental industry, including products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in identifying new market opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
