We are looking for a VP of business development in Germany who will need to take full ownership of their line of business, win new accounts and grow the accounts within the market. The BD will be developing and executing a local BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of the new business development team. Will also work collaboratively with the solution design team as well as the local marketing team to manage and coordinate activities to maximize all opportunities and leverage the strengths of the local operational and support teams during and post sales cycle.


About the Role:

What you'll do:


  • Develop a network of prospects – Healthy pipeline;
  • Develop the GTM & Key Target plans and strategies for the associated LOB/ vertical sector that will form the basis for value driven sales growth - plan to include: Analysis of strengths & weaknesses of current business/competitive analysis/strategy for penetration of new accounts/logos;
  • Manage multiple channel selling strategies: including relationship selling, solution selling, value add & consultative selling, social selling during the sales, negotiation and closing cycles;
  • Win accounts/logos in line with TP commercial guidelines (GM%);
  • Drive Digital Transformation (100% of proposals must include a transformation component);
  • Utilizing and managing the TP CRM system – Sales Force;
  • Driving and leading the region/vertical/LOB through best practice documentation & sharing and quality control;
  • Project managing and mobilizing the sales support function during the sales process;
  • Produce detailed & accurate sales and revenue/budget forecasts;
  • Manage relationship with local operations/marketing – sharing knowledge and leveraging insights;
  • Orchestrating, attending and overseeing tours and site visits in your country;



Required Skills:

  • Fluency in German (C1 Minimum) + B2 in English;
