Job Title: Vice President Product Management FinTech

HRS Group is seeking a seasoned product management leader to drive the development and growth of our FinTech offerings. As Vice President of Product Management FinTech, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, design, and implementation of our FinTech solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap for FinTech, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality FinTech products, leveraging API-driven platforms, cloud solutions, AI technologies, and workflow automation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, UX design, product operations, and technical architects to ensure seamless integration and scalability of FinTech solutions.
  • Manage the platform's P&L, making strategic investment decisions to achieve significant growth and profitability.
  • Represent the FinTech platform within the company and in the market through presentations, product announcements, and participation in industry events.
