Job Title: Vice President Product Management FinTech

HRS Group is seeking a seasoned product management leader to drive the development and growth of our FinTech offerings. As Vice President of Product Management FinTech, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, design, and implementation of our FinTech solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap for FinTech, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality FinTech products, leveraging advanced technologies such as AI and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, UX design, and technical architects to scale the FinTech platform globally.
  • Manage the platform's P&L, making strategic investment decisions to achieve significant growth.
  • Represent the FinTech platform within the company and in the market through presentations, product announcements, and participation in industry events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Expertise in developing and executing product strategies, with a deep understanding of the FinTech industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Europe and engineering teams in Vietnam.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving transformative growth and customer success.
